ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Melissa!

WHERE I COME FROM

I grew up in a family with humble beginnings. My father, a union worker for the "Big 3", and my stay-at-home mother made sure I had everything I needed to succeed until middle school when she followed her passion of becoming an educator herself as a special education paraprofessional at Livonia Public Schools. My parents have been together for 43 years and also live in Westland.

A THRIVING CAREER

I am an alumnus of Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Communications, and a graduate from the Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts with a focus on both Electronic Media and Film.

I have had the privilege of working with some amazing individuals, teams, and organizations. I've been a consultant for over 15 years in leadership roles across industries from non-profit to sports marketing. My focus has always been on entrepreneurs as well as healthcare companies - two fields that are near and dear to my heart!
